Cranial prosthetics services are provided and billed by The Hair Clinic Rx.. Our Hair Loss Practitioner participates in the insurance network listed below. Following are the health plans that we currently accept.
We cannot file a claim on your behalf if your plan is not listed. However, we can provide you with information to submit to your insurance company to instruct them to send reimbursements directly to you.
Please be aware that any health plan may have deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.
You will receive a copy of your bill. After your insurance has been paid, we'll provide you with a monthly statement of your account.
